THE LONGLEAF HOTEL

Located at the northern gateway to downtown Raleigh, The Longleaf Hotel is envisioned as a modern boutique hotel that captures the essence of its roots as a motor inn from the 1960s. Originally built as a Travelodge, the hotel most recently was home to a Days Inn that had fallen into disrepair. Through extensive renovation the hotel will be transformed into a stylish and warm hospitality experience that will welcome visitors and locals to downtown. The hotel will blend mid-century forms with a modern aesthetic, focused on the details for a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

(ish) DELICATESSEN

(ish) Delicatessen at The Longleaf Hotel is a new restaurant concept that combines the foodways of the Jewish American South and an Italian deli, while twisting some favorites with the flavors and cooking styles of the South. It is designed to appeal to both guests and locals alike by serving up quality selections and the warmth of community.
